church camp06

i enjoyed my stay @ hotel equatorial it was superb (although air-con was a bit cold) e food there was very good espically e beef stupid. joseph and wiseman always played pranks on me. i loved e durian party XP

Training 12/6

ZZZZZ i m so tired aft training today my coach made me do 6x100m individual stroke, 8x50m sprints individual stroke ubt tis not e worst. Last fri training was worst we did 6x150 backstroke;backstroke;butterfly.........but i noe y he is puching us so hard my friends are going for competition in a weeks time and e skool nationals are round e corner lol=)
